My Grandpa (the one that we might fix up with your Grandma if he was local.)
List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs smoked or roasted chicken - deboned and torn up (do yourself a favor and get yourself the ones that you find pre-cooked in the deli section of the grocery store)
- 1 lb cubed polish sausage
- 2 cans Campbells French Onion Soup
- 1 can Campbells Beef Bouillon Soup
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion (tops and all)
- 1/2 cup diced white onions
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 cups Uncle Ben's Converted White Rice
Instructions
- Mix all together in a covered roasting pan or use an electric roaster.
- Sprinkle liberally with garlic powder and creole seasoning.
- Bake 1 hour at 375 F. Stir 1 time halfway through.
