    My Grandpa (the one that we might fix up with your Grandma if he was local.)


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 lbs smoked or roasted chicken - deboned and torn up (do yourself a favor and get yourself the ones that you find pre-cooked in the deli section of the grocery store)
    • 1 lb cubed polish sausage
    • 2 cans Campbells French Onion Soup
    • 1 can Campbells Beef Bouillon Soup
    • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    • 1/2 cup chopped green onion (tops and all)
    • 1/2 cup diced white onions
    • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
    • 1 stick margarine
    • 3 cups Uncle Ben's Converted White Rice


    Instructions


    1. Mix all together in a covered roasting pan or use an electric roaster.
    2. Sprinkle liberally with garlic powder and creole seasoning.
    3. Bake 1 hour at 375 F. Stir 1 time halfway through.
