    Crock Pot Drip Beef Sandwiches

    Recipe Introduction


    This is a note from my Aunt Pam: "This recipe was given to me by a friend several years ago and it is so easy and delicious. You can also put shredded cheese such as provolone, mozzarella or cheddar on the sandwiches for extra flavor."


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 3 lb. beef chuck roast, trimmed of all visible fat
    • 1 can beef consomme
    • 1 can french onion soup
    • 1 pkg. Good Seasonings Italian Seasoning Mix (dry)


    Instructions


    1. Place roast in crock pot.
    2. Sprinkle dry italian seasoning mix over roast. Pour soups over the roast.
    3. Cover, and then cook on low setting for 8 - 10 hours.
    4. When roast is cooked shred the beef with two forks. Serve on hoagie buns or french bread with the juice for dipping.
