Recipe Introduction
Aunt Pam says "This makes a good buffet dish, and the cold, sliced meat makes delicious sandwiches. Also a regular beef roast can be cooked this way also."

- liquid smoke
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire
- 1 stick minus 1 Tbsp. margarine

- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- garlic to taste
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
