    Hamburgers with Ketchup Gravy

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • 1 t. onion powder
    • 1/2 t steak seasoning
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • 1/2 cup water or as needed
    • 2 t. vegetable oil


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl mix together first 6 ingrediants form into smll fat patties.
    2. Heat the oil in skillet on med-high heat, brown patties on both sides until browned, set aside and drain grease from skillet.
    3. In the same pan stir together the 1 cup ketchup and water if the mixture is too thin add more ketchup and if too thick add more water.
    4. Bring to a boil and return the meat to the pan, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    5. If gravy is still too thin continue simmering with the lid off until gravy thickens.
