Hamburgers with Ketchup Gravy

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1/2 t steak seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water or as needed
- 2 t. vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together first 6 ingrediants form into smll fat patties.
- Heat the oil in skillet on med-high heat, brown patties on both sides until browned, set aside and drain grease from skillet.
- In the same pan stir together the 1 cup ketchup and water if the mixture is too thin add more ketchup and if too thick add more water.
- Bring to a boil and return the meat to the pan, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- If gravy is still too thin continue simmering with the lid off until gravy thickens.
