Mikis Autumn Chicken

List of Ingredients
- Marinade:
- ½ C. oil
- 1 T. paprika
- 3 T. honey
- ½ C. soy sauce
- ½ C. water
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. chopped garlic (if you don’t have fresh, substitute 1 t. garlic powder)
- 2 T. marinade sauce (garlic, pepper, tropical, etc.)
- 2 whole chickens
- sweet potatoes
- white potatoes
Instructions
- Mix all together, pour over 2 chickens, (cut up) and potato cubes (sweet and white) in a Reynold’s baking bag.
- Let sit overnight.
- Put the whole bag in large baking pan and cook at 375 F. approx. 1 ½ hours.
