    Easy Mexican Chicken Pizza

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust
    • 1 cup refried beans
    • 1/2 cup salsa
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monteray Jack cheese
    • 1 pkg refrigerated Southwestern flavored cooked chicken breast strips
    • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 425 F. Spray 12 or 14 inch pizza pan with Pam. Unroll dough and place on sprayed pan. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to form 12 inch round crust. Bake at 425 for 8 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
    2. Remove partially baked crust from oven. Spread beans over crust. Spread salsa over beans. Sprinkle with chicken, cheese, and tomatoes.
    3. Return to oven. Bake an additional 9-12 minutes or until edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is melted.
