List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Saltine crackers, finely crushed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 15 oz can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine cracker crumbs, egg, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and ground beef. Mix well. Shape meat mixture into 6 patties.
- Brown patties on both sides, drain grease. Pour soup over meat in skillet and top with beans. Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and cook 5 minutes.
Final Comments
Serve on top of French bread pieces.
