    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup Saltine crackers, finely crushed
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • dash pepper
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 15 oz can kidney beans, drained
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Combine cracker crumbs, egg, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and ground beef. Mix well. Shape meat mixture into 6 patties.
    2. Brown patties on both sides, drain grease. Pour soup over meat in skillet and top with beans. Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
    3. Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and cook 5 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Serve on top of French bread pieces.
