Easy Oven Stew

My mom gave it to me, but apparently it's Aunt Pam's recipe.






List of Ingredients



• 2 lbs stew meat
  
• 4 Tb flour
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 1 tsp pepper
  
• 1 tsp paprika
  
• 1 tsp oregano
  
• 2 1/2 Tb vegetable oil
  
• 4 small carrots - peeled and chopped
  
• 4 small potatoes - skinned and cubed
  
• 1 cup chopped celery
  
• 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  
• 1/2 pkg brown gravy mix
  






Instructions



1. Toss meat in flour, mix with all seasonings, toss with oil and bake uncovered at 400 F for 30 minutes.
   
2. Add vegetables, tomato sauce, gravy mix, and some water. Bake covered at 350 F for 3-4 hours.
