    Myrie's Mexican Layered Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Lg ripe Avocados [peeled & mashed]
    • 1/8 garlic salt & 1/8 garlic powder
    • 1 TBSP lemon juice
    • 1 TBSP Mayo
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 jar picante sauce
    • 3/4 cup black olive [drained & sliced]
    • 3-4 medium tomatoes chopped
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • cooked crumbled bacon [to taste]
    • 1 16 oz can refried beans


    Instructions


    1. In a Large bowl add avocados: stir in garlic powder, garlic salt, lemon juice and mayo. Spread ingriedents on a lg plate or platter.

    2. Spread sour cream over avocado mixture.

    3. Drain picante sauce and spoon over sour cream.

    4. Top with a layer of tomatoes and a layer of black olives.

    5. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over mixture evenly.

    6. Put beans in a ziploc bag and snippes a small portion of the corner. Squeeze beens all around the edge of the platter/around the outside of the mixture.

    7. Add a doolup of sour cream and couple of black olives on top of the sour cream.



    Final Comments


    Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
