Myrie's Mexican Layered Dip

List of Ingredients
- 2 Lg ripe Avocados [peeled & mashed]
- 1/8 garlic salt & 1/8 garlic powder
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP Mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 jar picante sauce
- 3/4 cup black olive [drained & sliced]
- 3-4 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- cooked crumbled bacon [to taste]
- 1 16 oz can refried beans
Instructions
- In a Large bowl add avocados: stir in garlic powder, garlic salt, lemon juice and mayo. Spread ingriedents on a lg plate or platter.
- Spread sour cream over avocado mixture.
- Drain picante sauce and spoon over sour cream.
- Top with a layer of tomatoes and a layer of black olives.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon over mixture evenly.
- Put beans in a ziploc bag and snippes a small portion of the corner. Squeeze beens all around the edge of the platter/around the outside of the mixture.
- Add a doolup of sour cream and couple of black olives on top of the sour cream.
Final Comments
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
