    List of Ingredients




    -3 c. self-rising flour
    -3 tbsp. sugar
    -1 bottle room temp. beer (12 oz.) (try Paulaner Hef-Weizen or Guiness Stout for dark, rich bread)


    Recipe




    -Mix together and put into greased loaf pan.
    -Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
    -Brush with butter immediately.
    -Best cut into thick slices.
    -Good toasted!
