Chocolate Fondue
List of Ingredients
Serves 4
100 g quality dark chocolate
100 g quality milk chocolate
100 ml cream
Fresh fruit and biscuits for dipping
Recipe
1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler and add cream.
2. Pour mixture into a fondue pot over low flame.
3. Dip fresh fruit and biscuit into chocolate.
