    List of Ingredients




    Makes 50

    100 g flour
    60 g cocoa powder
    160 g icing sugar
    100 ml egg white
    125 g melted butter

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
    2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, icing sugar and egg white in a bowl.
    3. Stir in melted butter.
    4. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
    5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until crisp, and serve with chocolate fondue.
