Deep Fried Fondue
List of Ingredients
Serves 4
500 ml Canola or sunflower oil, heated
750 g mixed fresh vegetables, cut into bite-size pieces
1 kg (in total) chicken, beef, fish and sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
Recipe
1. Carefully pour heated oil into a fondue pot and place on a burner.
2. Arrange bowls of vegetables and meats around the table for guests to help themselves.
3. Serve with lots of dips and breads.
