List of Ingredients
- flour tortilla
- eggs
- breakfast meat, cooked and optional
- assorted vegetables
- cheese, shredded
- salsa
Instructions
- Cook the meat if using any. Crumble and set aside then chop up any vegetables you are using.
- In a frying pan scramble your eggs and any vegetables you want cooked. When the eggs are finished add the meat if you are using any and cheese. Stir to mix and when mostly melted turn off the heat.
- To assemble burros place as much of the egg mixture on top of a tortilla as you want. If you are using any uncooked vegetables you can add some now and sprinkle on additional cheese if wanted and salsa. Roll up burrito style. Serve with additional salsa and guacamole if desired.
