List of Ingredients
- 1 C. butter
- 1 1/2 C. superfine sugar
- 4 jumbo eggs
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1 1/2 C. unbleached all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 blocks Hershey's Baking Chocolate, melted
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar then add eggs and sugar. Mix till fluffy.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. add to creamed mixture.
- Combine 1 1/4 cups batter with pineapple in a small bowl. Add chocolate and nuts to remaining batter.
- Spread chocolate mixture into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Spread pineapple mixture over chocolate batter. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
