    List of Ingredients


    • 1 C. butter
    • 1 1/2 C. superfine sugar
    • 4 jumbo eggs
    • 1 tsp. pure vanilla
    • 1 1/2 C. unbleached all purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
    • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    • 15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    • 3 blocks Hershey's Baking Chocolate, melted
    • 1/2 C. chopped nuts


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and sugar then add eggs and sugar. Mix till fluffy.

    2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. add to creamed mixture.
    3. Combine 1 1/4 cups batter with pineapple in a small bowl. Add chocolate and nuts to remaining batter.
    4. Spread chocolate mixture into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Spread pineapple mixture over chocolate batter. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
