Cinnamon Chocolate Cake

List of Ingredients
- 2 C. all-purpose flour, unbleached
- 2 C. super fine sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 C. water
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 1/2 C. butter, unsalted
- 1/4 C. cocoa
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 C. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Instructions
- Mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon and sea salt. In a pan combine water, oil, butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Combine eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda. Pour into chocolate mixture slowly. Mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 10x13 inch pan and bake until cake pick tests done. Frost while warm with Cinnamon Chocolate Frosting.
