    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
    • 1/2 C. Jiff peanut butter, creamy
    • 12 oz white chocolate squares, chopped
    • 3/4 C. peanuts, chopped
    • 1 tsp. pure vanilla


    Instructions


    1. In a heavy pan over medium heat, cook Eagle Brand and peanut butter just until bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in white chocolate until smooth. Immediately stir in peanuts and vanilla.
    2. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. Cool. Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squared. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
