Brisket Stew

List of Ingredients
- 2lb. beef Brisket
- 2 qts. water
- 2 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- dash celery salt
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. shredded American cheese
- 2/3 C. oatmeal, uncooked
- 1-16oz. can cream style corn
Instructions
- Cut brisket into bite-size pieces; simmer, covered, in salted water. When tender, add potatoes, celery salt, onion, cheese, oatmeal and corn. Continue to cook, covered, until vegetables are done, stirring occasionally.
