Chicken Noodle Soup

Recipe Introduction
All amounts are approximate. Don't forget to add your soup stone.
List of Ingredients
- 4-6 slices bacon cut into small pieces
- 2 carrots, peeled and coined
- 3 ribs of celery, sliced
- 2 handfuls chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 med. onion, sliced
- water
- 1/4 tsp. cumin, ground
- 3 very large T. chicken base
- 3 handfuls wide egg noodles
- 1/4 C. peas, frozen
Instructions
- In your soup pot fry bacon. When crisp remove bacon bits from pot and add remaining ingredients except chicken base, cumin, egg noodles and peas.
- Just before vegetables are fork tender add chicken base and cumin. When vegetables are just fork tender add egg noodles. When egg noodles are al dente add peas. Cook about 5-10 minutes longer and turn off.
