    Chicken Spinach Soup with Rice

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 1/2 C. chicken broth, divided
    • 2 C. cooked chicken
    • 1 C. frozen spinach, chopped
    • sea salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 C. flour
    • 3/4 bag of cooked rice


    Instructions


    1. Put 6 cups chicken broth, chicken, spinach, salt, pepper and rice in a pot. Bring to a boil.
    2. Mix flour and remaining 1/2 cup of broth together in a jar. Shake until smooth.
    3. When soup is boiling slowly pour into soup to thicken, stir constantly. Continue stirring and cooking until soup thickens.
