List of Ingredients
- 4-6 potatoes, peeled, rinsed and cubed
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1-1 1/2 C. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pace taco sauce
- Monterrey jack cheese, cubed
- canned milk
Instructions
- Cook potatoes on medium heat till tender. Remove from heat and add 3/4 can of canned milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Add Pace and cubed cheese.
