List of Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
- 6 celery ribs, coarsely chopped
- 6-10 baby carrots
- 1 large rutabaga, peeled and diced
- 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2-3 bouillon cubes
- 2 T. tomato bouillon
- 1 head cabbage, chopped in chunks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt/pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except for the salt and pepper, into a large soup pot. Cover vegetables with water. Cook on a rolling boil for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and cook until vegetables are tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
