Meatball Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 C. bread crumbs
- salt/pepper to taste
- oregano/parsley to taste
- 1 egg
- can milk
- 1 T. onion finely chopped
- 2-3 carrots, diced
- 2-3 celery ribs, diced
- 1/2 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 can peas, drained
- 1/2 can corn, drained
- 2-3 potatoes, diced
Instructions
- Mix together beef, crumbs, egg, onion and assorted seasonings. Add milk until meat holds together and can easily form balls. Form medium sized balls and set aside.
- In a large pot place water and all remaining vegetables less peas and corn. Boil until the carrots are tender. Add meatballs. When balls are done add peas and corn.
