Beef and Pablano Bake

List of Ingredients
- 3 C. uncooked Rainbow Rotini, tri-colored spiral pasta
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 C. frozen corn
- 2 fresh poblano chilies, seeded and chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 C. Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 C. milk
Instructions
- Cook pasta till just done. Drain and keep warm.
- Brown ground beef and drain. Put back into pan and add corn, poblano chilies, salt and cumin. Mix well and cover. Cook over a medium heat until chilies are just tender.
- Combine pasta, meat mixture, sour cream, cheese and milk. Cook until completely heated.
