List of Ingredients
- 3/4 C. cornflakes
- 2 T. green onions chopped fine
- 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped fine
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 12 oz. crab meat, flaked
- butter for frying
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together adding crab meat last after all is well mixed. Shape into 15 small patties and fry in butter for 1 1/2 minutes. Flip once and fry for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes longer.
