List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 C. green chilies, chopped
- 1 can red chili sauce, med. or enchilada sauce
- 3 C. tortilla chips, broken slightly
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Cook ground beef, onion and garlic until beef is done. Drain. Stir in soup, chilies, chili sauce and chips. Reduce heat to medium; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook another 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
