Fried Rice

List of Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 T. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- dash of ground ginger
- 3 C. cold rice, cooked
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 C. cubed, cooked beef
- 8 oz. can corn
- snow peas, cooked (optional)
- 1/4 C. chopped peanuts
Instructions
- In small bowl beat egg with fork; stir in soy sauce and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat wok over high heat; add oil. Stir-fry garlic and ginger in hot oil 30 seconds. Add rice and onions; stir-fry 5 minutes. Stir in beef, vegetables and nuts. Cook, stirring often, for 6-8 minutes.
- Drizzle egg mixture over rice mixture, stirring constantly, about 1 minute or until egg is set.
