These Pork Chops are Uncle Marc's favorites. He just loves them.
List of Ingredients
- 4 large lean pork chops
- 1 onion, cut into 4 thick
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 C. peanut butter, smooth
- 1/2 C. milk
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Brown chops slowly in skillet without added fat. Pour off any fat that collects. Top each chop with a slice of onion. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and cook slowly, about 45 minutes.
