List of Ingredients
- beef roast
- 1 jar barbecue sauce
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bell pepper
- +/- 1 T. vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut beef into 1" squares. Brown in a large pot with a little vegetable oil. Add jar of your favorite barbecue sauce. Fill empty jar with water and add to the meat and sauce. Slice onion and bell pepper and add to meat. Cover and boil for approximately 2 hours or until meat is tender. Continue to cook uncovered until sauce has thickened.
