List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 C. squeezed frozen spinach
- 1/4 of a large onion
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 T. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp season salt
- 1/2 C. old fashioned rolled oats
Instructions
- In a food processor chop spinach and onion. Add egg yolks, soy sauce and all seasonings. In a bowl combine spinach mixture, meat and rolled oats and form into balls of desired size. Fry on low heat, the balls can burn easily. Drain and let set on paper towel till ready to use.
