List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 C. Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 6 tortilla, flour or corn, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
- opptional add ins chopped veggies like bell peppers, onions, corn or squash.
Instructions
- Cook meat until brown and separated. Pour off grease and add remaining ingredients saving half of the cheese. Bake in a covered casserole dish at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and serve.
