Brown Butter Frosting

- 1/2 C. butter
- 3/4 C. light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 C. milk
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C. powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a sauce pan melt the butter. Cook over medium heat until butter is a beautiful amber color. Add brown sugar, and milk. Mix well while bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and cool for about 10-15 minutes. When cool, make light and fluffy using the whisk attachment on your mixer before spreading.
