    List of Ingredients


    • 1 C. canned milk
    • 1 C. super fine sugar
    • 3 lrg. egg yolks, slightly beaten
    • 1/2 C. butter
    • 2 tsp. pure vanilla
    • 1 1/3 C. coconut, run through a food processor
    • 1 C. chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients except coconut and pecans in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture has thickened. Remove from heat and add coconut and pecans. Beat until frosting is cool and the consistency desired.
