List of Ingredients
- 1 C. canned milk
- 1 C. super fine sugar
- 3 lrg. egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1/2 C. butter
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1 1/3 C. coconut, run through a food processor
- 1 C. chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except coconut and pecans in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture has thickened. Remove from heat and add coconut and pecans. Beat until frosting is cool and the consistency desired.
