Peach Upside Down Cake

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 C. unsalted butter
- 1/4 C. light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large can sliced peaches. well drained
- 1 yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1/4 C. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
Instructions
- Combine butter and brown sugar. Pour into 13x9 inch pan. Arrange peaches in rows on sugar mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Mix for about 4 minutes. Carefully pour over peaches and bake at 350 degrees F. for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and invert onto serving plate.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or cool and top with whipped cream.
