Pumpkin Tea Bread

List of Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 lb can pumpkin
- 3/4 C. vegetable oil
- 1/2 C. water
- 2 1/2 C. unbleached flour
- 2 1/4 C. superfine sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 C. raisins
- 1/2 C. pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Mix together in a very large bowl eggs, pumpkin, oil and water. Set aside.
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add to wet mixture. Stir until mixed will. Add raisins and pecans.
- Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Drizzle top with powdered sugar and water mixture.
