List of Ingredients



• 2 C. superfine sugar
  
• two 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries, thawed
  
• 4 large eggs, beaten
  
• 3 C. unbleached flour
  
• 1 tsp. baking soda
  
• 1 tsp. sea salt
  
• 3 tsp. cinnamon
  
• 1 1/4 C. chopped pecans
  
• 1 1/4 C. vegetable oil
  






Instructions



1. Combine sugar, eggs, strawberries and oil, mix well. Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon, mix well and stir in nuts.
   
   
2. Divide batter into 4 small greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees F. for 60 minutes.
