Litha- Hawaiian Pulled Pork

List of Ingredients
- 3 lbs. pork shoulder
- 6 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Hawaiian BBQ Sauce
- Coleslaw
Instructions
- Put pork shoulder into an electric cauldron. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork. When finished cooking remove to a bowl and shred.
- Assemble sandwiches by spreading Hawaiian BBQ Sauce on buns, add pork then coleslaw and close.
