- 2-15oz. cans creamed corn
- 1 C. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 C. butter, melted and divided
- 2 lrg. eggs, beaten
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed into medium crumbs
- 1/2 C. half & half
- sea salt/pepper to taste
