    Cauliflower Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 head lettuce
    • 1 lb. bacon
    • 1 small jar Miracle Whip
    • 1 head cauliflower
    • 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
    • 2 T. sugar


    Instructions


    1. Wash and completely dry lettuce. Tear into bite sized pieces and place in bowl. Wash and completely dry cauliflower. Cut off just the flowerettes and place in a small bowl. When finished with the whole cauliflower sprinkle flowerettes on top of torn lettuce. Cut bacon into small pieces with scissors and fry until crispy taking care not to burn. Drain and let cool on a paper towel. When completely cool sprinkle on top of cauliflower layer. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over bacon and cover with Miracle Whip, as if frosting. Seal salad by sprinkling entire surface with sugar. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Mix well just before serving.
