When I went to Hawaii I was surprised to find that every time I ate Hawaiian potato salad it was actually a mixture of potato salad and macaroni salad.





List of Ingredients



• macaroni, cooked and cooled
  
• potatoes, peeled, cubed, boiled and cooled
  
• celery, diced small
  
• small onion, diced
  
• Honeycrisp apple, cored and diced
  
• can pineapple tidbits, drained
  
• small green bell pepper
  
• mayonnaise
  
• eggs, boiled
  






Instructions



1. When cooled mix all ingredients together. The amounts are up to your taste and how much you are making.
   






Final Comments


We like crisp red apples and leave the peel on for color.
