    List of Ingredients

    • 3 C. potatoes, diced
    • 4 strips bacon, diced
    • 1 sm. onion, diced
    • 1/4 C. white vinegar
    • 2 T. water
    • 3 T. sugar
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/8 pepper


    1. Boil potatoes until fork tender, drain and set aside. Fry bacon and remove from pan. Fry onion in bacon grease until translucent then add all remaining ingredients except the bacon. Bring to a boil and add potatoes and half the bacon. Toss and transfer to a serving dish. Top with remaining bacon and serve.
