    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 C. olive oil
    • 1/3 C. sugar
    • 2 T. cider vinegar
    • 1 tsp. soy sauce
    • 1/4 C. butter
    • 1 pkg ramen noodles, broken into pieces
    • 1/4 C. almonds, slivered
    • 16 oz. packaged coleslaw mix
    • 1 bunch green onions, sliced


    Instructions


    1. Combine olive oil, sugar, cider vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well.
    2. Melt butter and fry the ramen noodles and almonds over medium heat. When noodles and almonds are slightly toasted drain on a paper towel.
    3. To serve put coleslaw and onions in a large bowl and add toasted mixture and soy mixture. Toss until completely coated.
