- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes and pat dry. Do not peel. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and each half into 4 wedges. Melt butter in a long shallow baking pan in the oven. Remove pan from oven and brush potato wedges with butter, covering all surfaces. Sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan cheese. Place potatoes, skin side down in the pan. Bake 40 minutes or until tender and crispy brown. If potato wedges fall on their sides turn to the other side halfway through baking.
