Pistachio Orange Asparagus

- 2 lbs. fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 6 T. pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 C. butter
- 1/4 C. orange juice
- 2 tsp. orange pepper
Instructions
- Place asparagus to steam over boiling water. Cover and steam for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Don't over cook. Drain and place on a serving plate and keep warm.
- Over medium heat, cook pistachios in butter of 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add orange juice and orange pepper. Pour over asparagus.
