Sesame Brussels Sprouts

- 1 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts
- 2 T. sesame seeds
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1/4 C. soy sauce
- 2 T. sugar
- Dash of sea salt
Instructions
- Wash Brussels sprouts thoroughly and remove discolored leaves. Cut off stem ends and slash bottom of each sprout with a shallow x. Place sprouts in a small amount of boiling water. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes or until tender. Drain; set aside.
- Brown sesame seeds in hot oil. Remove from heat; add soy sauce, sugar and salt, stirring well. Pour over warm Brussels sprouts, tossing gently.
