    Chocolate-Swirled Strawberries

    2 dozen large strawberries with hulls
    4 ounces white chocolate
    4 ounces dark chocolate
    baking parchment or piping bag.

    Prepare the strawberries the day you will serve them. Melt the white and dark chocolates separately in the top of a double boiler or in blowls set over simmering water, stirring constantly.Avoid any splashing of water since water makes chocolate dull. Dip the strawberries in the dark or light chocolate. If the chocolate hardens while you're dipping the berries, re-soften by placing the pan or bowl in hot water. To apply the constrating swirls to the dipped berries, use piping bags or cake decorating tools. You may also use a zip tight plastic bag and cut off one of the corners.
