Chocolate Cheesecake

CRUST:
1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup walnut crumbs
1 Tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
FILLING:
12 oz semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup hot coffee
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp saltRecipe
Combine crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. butter the sides of a 10 inch springform pan. Shake some of the crumbs around to coat sides of pan. Add melted butter to remaining crumbs, mix and press evenly over bottom of pan.
Melt chocolate with coffee over hot, not boiling, water or melt the mixture in microwave. Meanwhile beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in vanilla and salt. Beat in melted chocolate until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes. Turn off heat and let cheesecake sit in oven undisturbed for 3 hours. DO NOT OPEN DOOR. Refrigerate canke for 4 hours or more.
Just before serving, spread with whipped cream and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
