    Recipe Introduction

This was in the Oct. 8 Woman's Day - made it on Sunday and it was great! Quick and easy use for leftover chicken breasts, too.

    List of Ingredients

    1 12-oz. box pasta shells
    2-1/4 cups marinara sauce
4 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
    3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

    Recipe

    1.) Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 13x9-in. baking dish.

2.) Cook shells in lightly salted boiling water as directed. Drain and cool under cold water. Select 20 best-looking shells.

3.) While shells cook, put 1 cup marinara sauce in baking dish and coat bottom evenly.

4.) Combine chicken, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; stuff into shells. Arrange on sauce in dish; drizzle with remaining sauce. Cover with foil.

5.) Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

I served with warm spinach salad, but any salad would be great!
