    List of Ingredients




    1 large chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    2 cloves
    1/4 cup diced garlic
    1 1/2 pounds od diced ham
    2 pounds od deveined shrimp
    3 cups diced chicken
    3 ounces of oysters
    8 cups of chicken stock
    2 cups long grain rice
    2 cups chopped celery
    2 bay leaves
    To taste--salt
    To Taste--pepper

    Recipe



    Saute---onion, bell pepper, cloves, garlic in fat until brown.
    Add ham, shrimp, chicken, oysters. Cook 20 minutes. Add chicken stock, rice, chopped celery, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 40 minutes. DO NOT STIR. Serve with mixed green salad, tinted apples, and fresh bread. Bon appetit;-)
