List of Ingredients
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese
5-6 cans chicken (drained all except 1)
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
onion , finely chopped, to taste
1 sm. Jar pimentos, drained
2 loaves sandwich bread (white, wheat, rye, etc.)
Recipe
Mix all ingredients except bread & chill 4 hours (preferably overnight). For cups: Cut crusts from bread. Butter the bread. Place in muffin tins, butter side up. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes or until browned. Just before serving, fill cups with the chicken mixture. Add ½ an olive or slice of pickle in center for garnish if desired.
